Directions to Connections Counseling’s Location
The Connections Counseling clinic occupies the entire lower level [suite 101] of 1334 Applegate Road, Madison, WI 53713 - Phone: 608-221-1500 xt. 10 Fax: 608-221-1515 Note: after 4:30PM please use the rear entrance.
From the Beltline: Take Fish Hatchery Road - South exit. Turn left onto Greenway Cross and go east for about 200 feet. Turn left on Applegate Road and go northeast for .2 miles until you reach 1334 Applegate Road (second driveway on the left).
From Deforest (I90/94): Take Highway 12 & 18 West exit, the last Madison exit. After approximately 6 miles, take Fish Hatchery Road - South exit. Take a left on Greenway Cross and go east for about 200 feet. Turn left on Applegate Road and go northeast for .2 miles until you reach 1334 Applegate Road (second driveway on the left).
From Milwaukee (I94): Take Interstate 90 East exit (left hand lane); then take Highway 12 & 18 West exit. After approximately 6 miles, take Fish Hatchery Road - South exit. Take a left on Greenway Cross and go east for about 200 feet. Turn left on Applegate Road and go northeast for .2 miles until you reach 1334 Applegate Road (second driveway on the left).
From Janesville (I90): Take Highway 12 & 18 West exit, the first Madison exit. After approximately 6 miles, take Fish Hatchery Road - South exit. Take a left on Greenway Cross and go east for about 200 feet. Turn left on Applegate Road and go northeast for .2 miles until you reach 1334 Applegate Road (second driveway on the left).
From downtown Madison: Go west on West Washington Avenue. Take a left on Park Street. Take a right on Fish Hatchery Road. Continue on Fish Hatchery over the Beltline. Take a left on Greenway Cross and go east for about 200 feet. Turn left on Applegate Road and go northeast for .2 miles until you reach 1334 Applegate Road (second driveway on the left).
Bus stops & routes: Route #48 drops off less than one block from Connections Counseling during peak hours (6:00 - 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.). Routes #40 and #47 drop off on Fish Hatchery Road approximately 2 blocks from Connections Counseling during all regular Madison Metro hours. Madison Metro Transit System provides the most current route schedules at their Web site - www.mymetrobus.com
Parking: Including handicap-parking, is free and plentiful, both in front and in back of our building. Note: 4:30PM please use the rear entrance for the clinic.
